In the last episode, while a shadow figure stands behind the door outside the Maple Inn, the broken grandfather clock started to work again. To me, the 'newborn' clock represents the newborn Lucy/Nyuu. That's my opinion, what is yours? Or... do joo agrees with moi ^^

idk why but i have an image of lucy and nyu being born, but in 2 differnet bodies and i think, kohta is the father and the cuzin is the mother....weird must of been a dream, also i would like to know were the ova is set in the series.

To be honest, I don't see how it could possibly be Nyu/Lucy. She went back to the bridge to die. She was shot, and did nothing to stop it. She couldn't have survived, it's as simple as that. |

Well, Lucy/Nyuu/Kaeda lost both horns in the manga, long before Kouta killed her. Not to mention, when it comes to Diclonius, its easy to believe anything, especially if you read the manga and know how ridiculous she is before Kouta shoots her.

The ending should have happened like this: Yuka seeing the Kohta had for Lucy. Jumped in front of the rounds going at Lucy killing her. Lucy full of anger kills all the soldiers and BAM, Lucy and Kohta live together forever. I like my ending lol Only as one can we live to see another day. |

You know what Loceish like I already posted Xmen, Transformers, and many others who started just like Elfen Lied are still going and still loved. They can even follow the same type of story line of the future stuff. They just have to remember there will always be new fans specially now since everyone has like 2 to 12 kids now a days lol. Nothing could stop Elfen Lied from being great you just have to think smarter is all but don't put yourself in a situation where you try harder. Like I always say think smarter not harder.

Sparhawk, intrestinbg you commented that. I was a huge fan of elfenlied myself finding it from a guy who used it as an avatar. I ended up watching the first episode and searched for a fansite. There was no good fansite out there, hence elfenliedfansite.com. The purpose of this site is to help elfenlied grow. IMO the creators OBVIOUSLY wanted us to think it was lucy/nyu, it only seems appropriate for the last episode
