My awesome elf friends, Regarding the poll being done, the answer seems clearly obvious. The community in general would enjoy having the possibility to better discuss those animes they like and have in common. Obviously this is an Elfen Lied Fansite, but given the size and awesome community, more than retaining ourselves to elfen lied, which is what bind us together, it only makes sense people would have interest in coming here and talk about other animes. I ask all of you to name 3 animes you would like to have added to the forums. It's important the participation of everyone in order to make sure the animes chosen will be of interest to the big majority of fans. Yours, Kira. |

There's a lot of anime. The ones Jamie mentioned would be good as everyone has seen or has a general understanding of the above. What if we grouped series by genre? Like Clannad and Kanon could be in a Slice of Life section. Higurashi, Umineko, School Days, Shadow Star Narutaru, and Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica could get a section under a horror theme. Then animes like Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece could get an action/adventure section. We could also have a "classic" section with animes from the 80's/90's like Sailor Moon, Dragonball, and Neon Genesis Evangelion. Of course a misc. section that has anime that doesn't fit any of the above. This is just an idea if we end up making more sections it would be weird if we got 100 different animes so we'd have to specify categories they fit. A new Dawn arrives.

id agree with Jamie on Death Note... it is afterall one of the most popular animes out there, many people are fans.. and there would be shedload to discuss... I would suggest Vampire Knight as that is also pretty popular... but i dont think there would be all that much to discuss.. idk.. a thought i guess... And i would say Yugioh being someone who grew up with the cartoon and still play the card game.. and i just love it ;D but i think a lot of people see it more as a cartoon and im not sure how popular it really is... So yeah theyd be my three :L  |

Figure we should have Higurashi: Has same horror element and is commonly compared to EL Clannad: Seems pretty popular within our community Death Note: One of the most popular animes of all time. I shall declare these to be my three. A new Dawn arrives.

Come on people, I need votes from everyone. However, as I see most are not giving much importance to this possible new forum on the website, and as the forum structure was changed and the need to specific forums decreased, I will reconsider doing this or not. |
